Help on how to compile in IAR for ARM workbench 5.50

I want to compile a c file on IAR for ARM workbench 5.50 as am new(beginner) for this workbench, if anyone show me how to configure the enviroment & how to include the header files (e.g lcd210X.h files) in a project. thanks.
