Hello,
Can anybody send me simple design procedure including the design using TSMC 0.13um PDK. coz m finding it difficult to recognise the layers given in the kit.
Like i cant find PPLus and Nplus. layers. Moreover i went thru the Design Rule Manual supplied by them. but can find it.
I will be very grateful...
my CAD tool is Mentor graphics Ic station
