Help needed with IR siganl & Fluorescent Lamp

Hello Friends
I've built a small project to activate a fluorescent lamp but my problem is when the lamp is on i can send ir signal to the receiver
So any idea to solve this ?
when i remove the lamp the project works well withou fluorescent lamp light
