Help needed urgently

I need to simulate a data using bpsk on awgn channel can anyone pls help me with turbo matlab codes that can help.

N=20; % How many carrier periods to look
fc=50e3; % Carrier frekq.
fs=3125; % Data frekq.
t=0:1/Fs:N*1/fc;
carrier=cos(2*pi*fc*t);
modsig=square(2*pi*fs*t);

BPSK=carrier.*modsig;

BPSKn=awgn(BPSK, 50); % 50dB SNR
