help needed to choose a microcontroller

i have a 87C196 16- bit micro controller from intel
i need a microcontroller from some other manufacturer.
And my requirement is all the characteristics and features should be same, comparing with 87C196 microcontroller.
Can any one help me to choose a alternate microcontroller
