help needed on SRAM simulation

there is some code on the net for SRAM. one line is above what is this line means or is the ams35ps.lib file availble for download. Else any other PSpice A/D code for SRAM simulation.

The lib file looks like a semiconductor process library from Austriamicrosystem.

It is spice3 code, based on berkeley transistor model for 35nm structure.
