Hi All,

I am a novice to the field of synthesis and have a keen interest in becoming a Synthesis and STA engineer in MNC's. I am going through the concepts of synthesis with few hands on on DC and worked out the rules available in ABC of SYNTHSESIS part 1 and 2. can you please help me by guiding me the things that i have to learn next.

Thanks in Advance.
SK
