Help needed in obstacle avoidance robot

Hi,

I am working on a project where I am supposed to make a robot that will avoid obstacle e.g a wall in front of it using ultrasonic sensors. I don't have schematics for that. I need the schematics for this kind of robot. Can anyone help me regarding this?
