help needed identifying component

hi, this is my first post, so sorry if it's in the wrong section!

i have a "mame" arcade machine, which is basically just a modified pc board. yesterday, some component came off it, andf now the sound doesn't work. if i knew what it was i could easily solder a new one on, i just have no idea what it is :oops:

if anyone could help me with what it is or where i could source a replacement, i'd be most grateful!
 

It is an 220 µF 16 Volt electrolyt capasitor, same with other one on the PCB. Please re-read the letter on PCB (you mark it with green line) to make sure
