imprimir pcb escala real

How to take print of PCB Layout into 1:1 ratio.
So that i can check whether an IC foot print is correctly matched or not?
I am using orcad 16.0.
Could any one help me out?

orcad pcb print scale

I always used a rule. Basically it's problem of exact printer scaling, cause postprocess output of CAD tools is perfectly scaled, generally.

gerber view 1:1 printout

You can make the gerber files and then print that but as FVM has said it is basically the scaling problem of the printer.

Actually before going for fabrication i need to check out whether all the components will fit or not.

actual size pcb scale =1

just make the gerbers open them in a CAM tool and in the printer setting make the sacling factor as 1:1

Thanks for your reply.
But i am using OrCAD version 16.0.
When i made post processor setting i set there 1:1 ratio.
When go for print out or export as a image its out put is in 47% zoom .
It is not the exact 1:1 ratio. But when i am zooming it to 100% it perfectly matched.
But when i go for the printout it is not suitable one?

My problem is that how to convert printout 47% zoom in to 100% zoom. So that i can check out.

Thank you.

Could you help me how to overcome the problem exact printer scaling.

orcad layout post process setting scale

do not zoom scale.
as you have set 1:1 in the post process the printer output you are getting is actual size of your layout(i.e. 47%) when you will take the print and place your component I think it will match.

i had already sent that file for fabrication & now the PCB board is with me also also.

But i need to check before fabrication using print out on blank paper for all the component?

HI:BAROSOV

YOU MUST CHECK OPTION OF PRINTER

printer scaling

Open your design in max file.
Save existing color setup to a file
Load the attached color setup file. (I use this color settings to check non standard parts)
Now follow below steps to print 1:1
File>print/plot>
select print manager
Uncheck print/lot current view
Ensure scale ratio is 1:1
Click ok to print.
