help needed for FPGA project

pls do consider the following....

data coming at the rate of 60 - 100 Mbps... the fpga should capture the data (by implementing FIFO) and do some filtering operation and pump out to serial port....

how i can go with the project and which FPGA i can go for(actel family)... pls help in this....

Explain whether data is serial/parallel. Whats the cost factor u are thinking of? Altera has low cost solutions, Xilinx has real good speedy ones....

the data will be parallel.... (from ADC)... actually we have resource of actel family thats why im specific about actel... can u pls suggest the best out of actel which suites this appln..
