I wanna to implement an OpenBTS project on a ettus USRP boars

But I don't know waht's the differnrce between N & E series
and which one is the better for this project !?

And I want to know if there is another type of boards contains
DSP and FPGA processing capabilities than ettus research board ?

The N series are just an FPGA with IF, the E series have a dedicated processor on them.

For GR, you don't need a DSP, you just need to have a PC and a device that can capture your data fast enough so your PC can handle it.
