hi,

Can anyone suggest a simulator for microwave circuits which can simulate circuits consisting of klystron oscillator, magic tee, slotted line etc.....

Microwave office with the VSS package should be able to do all that without a problem.

For the waveguide components, mician µWave Wizard might be of interest.

I have never used mician µWave Wizard, does it have a simple learning curve if you already know programs like MWO, HFSS, FEKO?

I have not used it myself, but from what I have seen, it's really easy to use.
They also interface to MWO, if you want to use waveguide components inside MWO.

For this waveguide stuff, the mode matching method used in µWave Wizard should be orders of magnitude faster than HFSS or other 3D EM.

You are probably correct as it is made for waveguide stuff. I will see if I can sample it from them and see how hard it is to use. As for what demetal is asking for I think both this and CST or MWO should work great.
