i need a help

i habve this project and i need to finshed it two days pleas can any one help it should be written in matlab
Project 1.2. Consider a communication system that transmits a positive (negative) rectangular pulse with length T to represent 1 (0). Assume
1. p(1)=p(0)=1/2 and AWGN channel.
2. The capacitor is completely discharged before the arrival of each pulse, i.e. Vc(0)=0.

A RC lowpass filter is to be used as the front-end receive filter. A block diagram of the receiver is shown below:


The impulse response of the RC filter is h(t)=1/P exp(-t/P) where P=RC.

1. Using simulation to find the optimum value of P in terms of SNR (and therefore BER). Hint: P is a function of T.

2. Draw the amplitude response of the RC filter as a function of P and the Fourier transform of the rectangular pulse as well. With this drawing, explain the result. Can you derive the optimal P analytically?
