Help me with schematic or code for a PIC based bike alarm

hello to everybody
i have a problem with my summer scool
i have to design a project
may it is simple but i am new in pic controllers
do you have any schematics,hex codes like this?
the project is a bike alarm as follow:
a)ARMING THE ALARM
when input A go HI then output A blinking 3 times (flashes)
and the alarm is armed after 5 sec
b)ALARM
when input B go HI,then output B go HI for 20 sec (alarm)
output C go HI and stay HI to indicate the alarm was alarmed
output D is blinking for 20 sec
and output E outputing 1000 to 2000 herz as siren sound for 20 sec
then stop and resset for a new cycle but output C remain HI to indicate that the alarm was triggered
DISARMING THE ALARM
when input A go LOW the alarm disarmed
and output A blink 1 time
then output C if was HI now go LOW
IF YOU HAVE ANY SIMILAR PROJECT PLEASE INFORM ME

If you wanna design a custom made project for you, with all the given requirements, post your querry in "Bussiness intrest special group" section and too remember tto mention you budget for that.

i only asked if there is something simillar
not exactly the same
i have found some schematics from another forum and i ll try with them
the net is full of such projects
anyway i apreciate your answer
