Help me with project requiring retrieving pop3 mail

Embedded pop3 mail

Im am working on a project requiring retrieving pop3 mail. So far I can see 2 options, the rabbit processors and the ez80 acclaim. Has any of you worked with pop3 with either of these options? Which one would you recommend?
