Help me in Resistive DAC

Hai ,

Any one help in making resistive dac . Iam design it for first time provide me some
good document . I need to reach my deadlines please help me . Provide me some link so that i can download .

i think you just need a few reference buffers, a resistor ladder with good matching and a decoder circuit.
