I am working with an LM628 Motion controller using it to read the position of an Encoder
but i can't read 0x80 OR 0xC0 after hardware reset
i used 8MHZ oscillator and after power ic try to Reading the Status Byte by pulling CS, PS, and RD logic low. but i can't read 0x80 OR 0xC0.
pleas help me
