Help me with charge pump design for PLL

I am trying to design charge pump for pll. Will this work correctly need suggestions

There's "work" and there's "deliver to spec".

"Charge pump" in this case is a misnomer that's stuck. A so-called pump is really a time gated current source/sink.

You care about leakage and pulse width consistency because these give the loop "extra work to do" and show up in phase noise.
