Good Day..

Have anyone knows what seem to be the problem? And can give me tips how to troubleshoots Sony TV 25" model KV-25FX1? When i turn on the power theres no display on the screen, i can adjust the volume, change channel and select either tv or video but theres no any display on the screen..I can hear only the audio that confirm all the key button is working ( for ex..when i adjust the volume and change channel).

By the way i forgot to write the timer led keeps blinking when the tv is on...

T.V ( No display )

check your horizontal output transistor section. If it's ok, then confirm that the vertical def is working by slowly turning up the screen pot until you can see either the flyback lines or a single horizontal line.

Good luck
Tendi...

Re: T.V ( No display )

It must be the problem in your videi section of your tv , check that both horizontal and vertical oscillators are workable or not , and look for wire cut inside the tv box.

But I think one of your oscillator section is broke down ... because you specified that audio is coming properly .

As the capacitor TV picture tube holds very high voltage so be cautious about that ,and check that cathode of Electron emitter is ok .

best of luck ....

Re: T.V ( No display )

Many times failure of eht is also cause this problem.
