Help me to know about embedded C

I am Saro Pcb Design engineer, last 3 years i worked this field.. I want to know Embedded C ,so please guide me....

In my view you are come from very strong hardware background....so it easy to for you learn this....first of make a board with simple 8051 or PIC and then down load Keil free version of SDCC and code block...make a tool chain for the processor that you are interested program....then develop the simple code on such controller.....
