Help me to implement MC-CDMA in MATLAB

Greetings all,
I am trying to implement MC-CDMA in MATLAB to prove that it is better than DS-CDMA . can someone help me if he had MATLAB code

It will be easy to simulate a basic MC-CDMA system if you build a OFDM system firstly, but, if you want more, it will be difficult as I feel.
