i wonder if any one good in hardware can help me to building a wifi modular

iam was searching about it and i find a (wifi + microcontroller +spi )

so my project is simple i need to use any wifi in a laptop or a cellphone to control of the device
so any one can guide me to perfect modular i will be thankful for him
