help me out in burning dsk board flash

i am currently working with dsk6713 from ti
i have problem in burning the code to the flash(rom) plz tell me how to do it
the ti help says that use Tools----->Flash Burn
but in tools there is no such sub menu or option plz help me out

go to the help menu and from help statrt the updates from the
ti site .
This is the automated procedure u just have to click the updates
it will be automatically done
then u will see the flash burn option in your tools option
