Help me make power supply 12v/9v/5v with 5A current in each

hi every body
i want to make power supply 12v/9v/5v with current in each 5A
can any body help me
 

power supply

a rough method is use 5 7812 in parallel with 0.22 ohm 5W resistor each in output of each regulator.
Similarly for 7809 & 7805

what is the input voltage range?, input AC or DC?
