I really need ur help!
i must do circuit by using microcontroller at89c51 in circuit programming but i donot know
# power suply circuit
# all other connection to the microcontroller to be in circuit programing

Hi,
89C51 is not suitable for In-Circuit Programming. You should use either 89S51 or 89S52 for this purpose. Read about them from Atmel Site.

i really chang my microcontroller from at89c51 to 89s51
but i have aproblem in burning it and also the power suplly circuit

Have you tried Atmel's ISP software along with the cable?
