Help me in Dipole design Using 4nec2

iam new in antenna design , i need some one to help of dipole antenna design by Using 4NEC2 software, design and analyze dipole antenna of length λ/20, λ/2, 3λ/4, and λ for FM Transmission.

and if theres any good - short tutorial using 4Nec2

in the help menu is a great tutorial that was easy to use and I then was able to use all the functionality.

should i download the last version ?i think its demo version is it okay with that ? what is the different between 4nec2 and this software , our professor asked us to program dipole via 4nec2 , and iam still new i dont understand all the functions of 4nec2

EZnec demo will work but your professor seems to want 4nec2. EZnec is the same thing but with a graphic interface that is easier to use. I'd be surprised if a tutorial wasn't on the 4nec2 download site.
