prescaler 12ghz

Hi Everybody !

I've got to rework an old device where a 12GHz PLL is included.
This PLL doesn't work and I found that the issue comes from a prescaler inserted between the VCO and another freq. divider.

This prescaler should work up to 12-13 GHz and should have a divide ratio of 32/33. My problem is that I can't find where this part comes from ( unknown manufacturer ).
I have attached the package of this part.
If anybody has an idea about the manufacturer.
Does anybody knows manufacturers of such high bandwith monolitic divider ( Zarlink & Hittite excluded )

Thanks !!
