Help me identify and fix a car remote control

Hi gents,
i have a car transponder that doesn't works. I think that the christal quartz has broken, but i don't know it's exact value althought there is "2.60" stamped on it. Could you help me to interpretate it? It pilots a Nec processor where there are stamped these codes:00011304 0014E3007 .
