Identifying a transistor

Hello there,

I have a transistor that I am trying to identify. Unfortunately it is not clear from the markings what exactly it is.

This is what I know about it:

SOT-523 Package

Writing 702, on the side V I I

What could it be? Does anyone know? Can anyone help?

Thank you for the help. The web site has helped. The transistor is a FET 2n7002. I even tested the replacement.
