smd Component

It is impossible to be certain - there aren't enough unique combinations of letters and numbers to be certain two companies haven't used the same markings, but it could be the ADG719BRT

Re: smd Component

keith,
OK, How did you get? Is there some site, this code smd?

Thank a lot.

smd Component

I have never found a site which actually finds them. Often it is impossible unless you have a clue what it is or the manufacturer. In this case I searched for S5B SOT23-6 with google:

https://www.google.com/search?q=S5B+SOT23-6

Fourth one down was the part.

Re: smd Component

6 pinned. Looks like an opto-isolator. Take measurements base on an optopin-out to confirm.

Re: smd Component

Hope it is not too late to answer

I am not sure 100%, but some old Sharp opto-triacs had similar part numbers.
