I wanted to design a VCO without the LC, anyone can help me?Anyone have any tutorial?

lc-vco tutorial

u can use ring oscillator , and make it tunable by changing the current , "current straved ring "

check **broken link removed**

How about use dielectric, saw resonator. etc

thanks very much, I had check the link given.my task is to design VCO with only transistor in CMOS process.

My understanding is VCO is make up of 3 parts: bias circuit , delay celll and tuning circuit, the problem is what kind of input should i use in VCO?

my design can only use transistor only.

design non-LC VCO
