Help me design inverter with 12V input and 220V output

i want to design an inverter giving by giving 12V input and gettg 220 V output. The input im giving is with the help of an oscillator

Could you try and explain what you mean. An inverter won't convert 12V to 220V. Try a step up transformer if it is ac.
