Help me design an astable mode pulse generator using NE555

i wish to design a astable mode pulse generator using NE555 with time for high is 1s and time for low is 30s, the problem is i cannot get a positive resistor value using the formula given. so how can i solve this problem?

This can't be achieved without additional components, could be e.g. fast charge through a diode from output instead of fast discharge through Disch pin, or - simply a inverter at the output.

Hi friend,
U can use seperate path for chrg & discharge to get accurate timing pulse.For this three resister & two diode are needed.
