Help me correct second harmonic jump in front end SHA of 12bit pipelined ADC

hi! all

I'm designing a 12bit 80M pipelined ADC.
and for Front end SHA, my amp spec is OK.

and doing fft,
noise level is 140~150db
that's ok!

but second harmonic jump!
so enob is only 11.3bit.....

How can I correct it???

you said "second harmonic jump", bu so far as i know, 12bit adc need full differential structure. and third harmonic is the most lager distortion

did you use the single ended structure?
