Xscale development tools

hello all,


I'm a newbie in XScale Development and need some help about tooling to Programing. I have a development board and need software to program it.
Looking for in Interne I found some tooling to buy:

RealView Dev Kit for Intel XScale
RealView Multi-ICE
RealView MultiTrace
Trace Debug Tools v1.2

And I have windows C++ embedded.

Please someone could aswer me if these tools are ok ? And is them enough ? Could you please suggest some software ?

And abou JTAG emulator how do you think about Lauterbach and Newrk ?
