Help me about Power in GSM !

I have a problem a bout Power of my a mobile. When i measure Power vs time by A8960 of Agilient have a error.
please you can see after picture and help me, How do I work to not have error ! Thanks you very much !

tgootee : power of mobile have a mask. Error here is at the rising threshold is exceeded the capacity of this mask same picture . You can help me ????

@radamta how can we help you if you give us to few data? what gsm you have, where is your testpoint connected? where you get this mask? Is this mask OK? .......
(maybe tx PA is bad...)
