I have got a lot of AT89C51.I want to make AVR progammer.
Can I make it with AT89C51?

Here is the one.. Which is assembled by many and found working..

But you need a programmer to program the firmware chip.

I used 89S52 for firmware which has an isp and i programmed it through parallel port

First you want 89 series programmer, now you are asking pic. Be clear what you want..

The OP wants to contruct an AVR programmer with 89C51 which he has a lot, and doesnt require a 89C programmer..

I guess its difficult task to construct an AVR programmer with 89C51. The 89C51 must be programmed with a firmware which is written to comply with Programming alogarithms of the AVR and naturally as the 89C51 cannot directly communicate with the uSB port, the programmer may be serial port or parellel port based one. Afterall why re-invent the wheel while you get simple USB programmers like the "USBasp" for the AVR.
