ecp mode programming

HEllo;
plz help me,
how to input data from peripheral device to my PC through LPT port on ECP mode (use bidirection data).
If U don't mind , plZ send me some Visual Basic code to control LPT port , and receive signal form that port on ECP mode and display recieved value from peripheral device on your form using inpout32.dll

how to set lpt in ecp mode

Thank, but i need more detail about it. such as
how to input signal to PC through LPT in ECP mode
how to setup LPT in ECP mode ( parallel input 8 bit)
how to get it from ECR register to use for my program.
And what is the input address when i use ECP mode.(8 bit parallel) ex: to get received data inp(Addrin) so what value of Addrin is in this mode ecp use 8 bit data to input (bidirection bit)
