help in gprs module design

Hello everyone

I'm working in a project where I need to transmit digital video over GPRS without using a PC.

I have found that most of GPRS modules suport many applictions like GM47/48 from sonyericsson but I still dont now how could I packet video for transmition...

.....any ideas????
