Hi, I want to design a RF amplifier with these specifications:
  • Operating frequency 1.7- 2 GHz
  • Voltage gain: 50dB
  • Using MOS transistors
Can anyone help me with some schematics or materials?
Thanks.

Is it a power amplifier (what about the output power), a small signal amplifier or a low noise amplifier (in this case what about the noise figure) ?
The specs should also include:

the type of the signal you have to amplify: CW or modulated (in this last case which kind of modulation) ?
intermodulation performances
allowed harmonic distorsion

this to select proper architecture and class of operation
