help in decoding a signal MATLAB

hello. i am doing my bachelor thesis on RFID signals.

so far i have constructed a signal mixed it with some noise apply a filter for denoising of the signal. what i want to do now is to decode the signal back to its binary form but i cant get it to work.
i have demodulated the filter signal but i am stuck on the decoding algorithm. if anybody can help me i will apriciated.
