hello all,
I am designing dual band LNA in 0.18 um technology using ADS2003A,but MOS models are not available in the ADS library, how I can put that papameters and which BSIM model needed for .18um technology.
thanking you
vivek
Use that BSIM model in which you have the exact parameter values.
I don't know, because you didn't mentione, in which format you have the MOS models. But in some designkit there is script to compile the spice, spectre models to ADS or Aplac model (if I remember right) or you should do it by hand and make some simultaion to check the results
hello can you tell me how to put MOS parameter in ADS ?Is this only option to write the parameter manualy or can I directly inmport these from somewhere?
I think the best way to have a model is to convert the HSpice library to ADS. If you have already done so, go to the library, search for NetlistInclude (No space) and add the converted file.
If you don't know how to do this, give me your library and I will do the conversion for you. For conversion, go to File-->import-->Hspice and the rest is straight forward.
