I have searched and had no luck identifying this part and manufacture for circuit with part number 32363P1 and logo is a number 2 in a circle. Has anyone seen or know who makes this part and function?

Looks like a DIL resistor pack.
Check the resistance from the pins on one side to the other(1 to 16, 2 to 15...), if they are all the same its a resistor array.

Brian.
The pin checks don’t indicate a resistor array. Thanks for suggesting this as an option.

From the appearance of this chip, its model number may have been re polished and engraved for confidentiality purposes. Its 1-pin mark was originally made from a mold, but there is an additional engraved 1-pin mark on top, which is usually not done by the factory that produces it.

Number 2 in a circle is an old logo for Sprague Electric.
https://www.fmsystems-inc.com/product/uln2243a-sprague-amplifier-16-pin-dip-25-pcs-3-00-ea/ has a picture of a Sprague IC with the logo.
A quick glance through http://bitsavers.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/components/sprague/_dataBooks/ did not reveal the number you are looking for. Their data books describe device part numbering, usually with 4 or sometimes 3 digits. Most likely, yours is a customer's part number marked on a standard component. I hope that this points you in the right direction towards an answer.

Thank you for this info. I went into those Sprague archives and they had a pretty big foot-print back in the day!
