Hello all, Can anyone help me identify this component, I think it is an inductor but I'm not sure, also if it's an inductor how to read it's color code? since it has only three colors instead of four as the standard color code.

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks :), what confused me is the absence of tolerance color!
I thought that black in the side means tolerance of 20%
