Help identify SMD component

Hi everyone, I have a Garmin GPS dog collar to repair and found a cracked component but I don't know what it is what it does.

As you can see it is marked "C", there is another one in good shape:

both are connected to an ic: SN9B019 A0
CI SN9B089.jpg


I wasn't able to find its datasheet.
Maybe someone can help me here.
