Help - how to read .hh file after extracting the rar file

Hello friends,

I have downloaded the .rar file ( e book from this forum) and after extraction it gives me "hh document"

How do I open this? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Which download had that file? Maybe it is a collection of source code for the book.
I've seen *.hh files in some C++ projects. They were ordinary text files, roughly similar to *.h files.
