gm vs temperature

Does anyone know how to make that kind of plot ???

Thank you very much...

how to plot gm with temperature

1. Set the operating point analysis.
2. At the end of the analysis open calculator
using OP extract the gm of the transistor
and import it to Analog artist window.
3. Run parametric analysis and sweep temperature

You can see the following link

h**p://&highlight=

It is for MOS, but should work fine also for bjt.

Ok, how do you plot gm vs. length for example? I know how you can get gm from the above method, however how do you sweep the length. I tried calling it a variable and doing a dc sweep but spectre did not allow me to do.

Can anyone tell me a method to plot gm vs. length?

Thanks

Nevermind I was doing something wrong. One more question, how do you get lambda and Kappa (u_nC_ox) and plot it against some sweep variable? Sure you can compute lambda=1/rds*Id and kappa=gm^2/(2*Id*W/L), but is there other way?

Thanks
