loadorcad.dll

Create a netlist using the padspcb.dll or padspwr.dll option.
Change the extension of the netlist from "net" to "asc".
Start PowerPCB and just import the asc file.

load netlist in orcad

as backdooor said, but remember you have to delete the part in the .asc file from the beginning until you see *NETS*

orcad netlist .asc

But by PCBNavigator, modifying the netlist file maybe is not needed. This software is excellent. It can inter-connect the Orcad and PowerPCB for interaction.

orcad netlist help

as backdooor said,
but remember YOU should check the errors, if there only error report, but no the detail, ignore it!
