Any one can tell me there are what differences between 0.13um and 0.18um, when I run Astro.
:DThanks.

Thanks.

I want to know Astro's follow with 0.13um process, pls help me. :D

Nobody can tell me ?

Most steps are the same, except that SI and Yield critial to 0.13um.

Hi,

There Astro usage wont differ much provided u r using the correct technology data (tf, itf for tluplus) for the respective tehcnology.

Once difference I remember is the notch fill methadology which is different in 130 and 180 in Astro. As newcpu told we should consider SI when Implementing the design
